Clearance tiles are ranges the retailer has marked down from a previous price. This page lists those rows and sorts them by the largest percentage saving. A 60 percent cut on a dear stone tile can still cost more per square metre than a 20 percent cut on a basic ceramic, so look at the selling price as well as the percentage.
Clearance is often the end of a batch. The shade, calibre and quantity on the shop page matter more than the headline discount. If you need more later, the same batch may have gone. Order the room in one go, with an allowance for cuts and breakage.
The was-price is the one the retailer showed beside the current price. A percentage on its own, with no higher previous price, is not listed. Job lots and ordinary sales sit on the main deals page. End-of-line ranges have their own page.

No. The list is ordered by the percentage difference between the previous price and the current price. Check the selling price per square metre before you decide it is the cheapest way to tile the room.
Can I buy more of a clearance tile later?
Do not count on it. Clearance stock is whatever the retailer still has. If the colour has to match, buy the full amount, including wastage, in one order.
