Tile Deal Hub is a public price catalogue. It is not an account system.
Pages you browse
The host (Vercel, if that is where the site is deployed) records standard server logs: IP address, user agent, URL and time. A postcode you type is part of the page URL, so it can appear in those logs. We use it only to ask postcodes.io for coordinates and to sort deals. We do not build a profile from it.
Newsletter
If you submit the signup form and Brevo is configured, Brevo emails you a confirmation link. The address is added to the list only after you open that link. If Brevo is not configured, the address is not stored. A hidden field and a short limit on repeat submissions are there to drop automated signups; those attempts are not kept. You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask to be removed by emailing hello@tiledealhub.co.uk.
Contact form
The contact form forwards your message to a webhook only when CONTACT_WEBHOOK_URL is set. Otherwise nothing is stored and the page gives you the email address.
Retailer data
Product names, prices and image URLs are facts published by the retailers. They are not personal data.
Cookies
The site does not set its own tracking cookies. The host may use cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the site.
