Low, median and high sale prices per square metre for each material in the current Tile Deal Hub catalogue.
These figures are sale prices in the Tile Deal Hub catalogue, checked 16 Oct 2026. They are not a survey of full-price tiles in UK shops, and they are not a quote for your room. A material is shown only when at least eight deals have a price per square metre between £5 and £300.
The low figure is the cheapest of those prices. The high figure is the dearest. The median is the middle of this sale list. A price under £5 or over £300 a square metre is left out of the summary: that row is a single tile, a sample, a box or a whole pallet, not the cost of a square metre. A large percentage off an expensive stone tile can still sit above a small saving on a basic ceramic.

Read the unit before you trust the lowest figure
Open the retailer page and check whether the figure is per tile, per box or per square metre, and whether it is ex VAT. Where a shop prints an ex-VAT was-price and an ex-VAT selling price, the catalogue keeps that pair and tags it ex VAT. An inc-VAT figure is not invented to sit beside it.
Delivery, adhesive, grout and samples are extra. Clearance batches can run out, so the price on the shop page is the one to pay.
